Heavily-pregnant Beyoncé exhibits her growing baby bump as she showers daughter Blue Ivy with affection ahead of birth of twins

As her due date edges ever nearer it was an indulgent Beyoncé who showered young daughter Blue Ivy with affection on Tuesday morning.

Taking to Instagram, the heavily pregnant R&B superstar shared a snap in which she holds her oldest child aloft while offering her a loving kiss.

Beyoncé, 35, is expecting twins with rapper husband Jay Z, and her already prominent baby bump is exposed courtesy of the open semi-sheer robe she wears over a matching blue bikini.

Meanwhile Blue Ivy, five, sports a raffish wide-brimmed hat and patterned swimsuit as she looks down at her doting mother.

Captioning the image, Beyoncé simply wrote: ‘Us.’

The singer has shared numerous shots of her growing bump over recent weeks, including a stunning black and white snap in which she displays henna tattoos, a string bikini and colorful sarong. 

The image was taken at her festive African theme 'Carter Push Party' with guests including mother Tina Knowles and close friends La La Anthony and Vanessa Bayer.

On Friday, the Countdown singer dazzled in a new photo-set that put her full belly center stage.

In the glittering set, the singer drapes a thigh-skimming black dress over her bump as she flashes two fingers at the camera, clearly thrilled to welcome the incoming twins. 

Even in the last leg of her pregnancy Beyoncé, isn't afraid to show off her stellar legs, which poke out from her outfit's short hem-line.

Completing her look, the former Destiny's Child star added an extra dash of style by sporting a smart bolero hat.
